The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

General Terms & Conditions

In addition to our website terms and conditions, and our privacy policy, Retreat Therapy Pty Ltd T/A Omorfia has the following general terms and conditions that govern Omorfia’s relationship with customers and clients. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our services.

The terms ‘Retreat Therapy’, ‘Omorfia’, ‘us’ or ‘we’ refer to the owner of the website; Retreat Therapy Pty Ltd T/A Omorfia. Our ABN is 92 168 370 456. The term ‘you’ refers to customers or clients that use our services or purchase product from us.

Wellness policy

To ensure the health of our team, and fellow clients and guests, please reschedule your appointment if you have any symptoms of illness.

Omorfia reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who presents with symptoms of illness, contraindications for treatment, or health conditions beyond our scope of practice. Should you arrive for your appointment knowing you are unwell, Omorfia reserves the right to decline service and still charge you 50% of the treatment booked.

Cancellations and reschedules

While we understand that life can be hectic and plans change, we also need sufficient time to fill appointment times should you decide not to come. Clients are asked to respect our Therapists’ time, and provide 24 hours notice should they wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment that’s 1.5 hours or less, and 48 hours notice if the appointment is 2 hours or more. If you suddenly become unwell or have signs of illness, please notify us immediately to reschedule your appointment.

Failure to do so can result in the client being charged for 50% of the treatment that had been booked. Should a client fail to provide sufficient notice of appointment rescheduling or cancellation,  payment for future treatments may be required at the time of booking for all subsequent appointments.

Gift Vouchers

Omorfia offers you the ability to purchase gift vouchers for someone special.

Gift Vouchers purchased prior to March 31, 2018 have an expiry period as stated on the voucher, which is for an expiration period of 12 months, unless otherwise stated. We’ve found this keeps the voucher at the front of mind for the recipient and therefore more likely to be redeemed and enjoyed rather than forgotten. If the recipient wishes to use the voucher for a treatment other than what is stated on the Gift Voucher, it will be subject to approval by Omorfia’s Manager. If the voucher is for a specific treatment package, the treatments must be booked together and not separated out, unless otherwise stated.

Gift Vouchers purchased after March 31, 2018 have an expiry period of 3 years, and can only be purchased for a specific dollar value. A gift voucher that is provided at no charge to guests, as part of a loyalty program, as part of a promotion as a bonus to the purchase of products or services, donated for use in a fundraising appeal or is for a good or service available for a limited time will expire at the date as noted on the voucher.

Omorfia gift vouchers can not be redeemed for cash.

Please note: a Gift Voucher for a remedial massage treatment can not be claimed with your health fund.

Please Note: should your Gift Voucher expire during the COVID-19 shutdown period, please notify us via email: relax@omorfia.com.au and we will notify you once we re-open for business so you can redeem it shortly after.

Change in circumstances/personal details

If personal details, including health status and medications taken, change all clients need to inform Omorfia prior to their next treatment. If a client fails to do so, we can not be held responsible for adverse reactions to products or treatments provided.

Exchange/Return policy

Products purchased with incorrect choice must be returned within 14 days unopened and with packaging in good condition in order for an exchange to be provided. Items purchased on sale can not be exchanged or returned due to incorrect choice. It is at the Manager’s discretion as to whether a product purchased that has damaged packaging, been opened and/or used, can be returned or exchanged.
