Frequently asked questions

Are you practicing safe social distancing?

Yes. We are abiding by all health requirements from the state and federal governments . Please attend your appointment alone wherever possible to help minimise the number of people in clinic. During your treatment you will be in a room with only you and your technician who will be wearing protective equipment, including a face mask and gloves and practicing safe distancing wherever possible.

To assist us in maintaining safe social distancing, please attend your appointment alone. If you are new to the treatment, arrive just 10 minutes before your appointment and if you have had the treatment before, arrive just 5 minutes before your appointment.
